Art Photography Degree

Founded by students and teachers of photography in the summer of 2002, the Chicago Photography Center is a nonprofit organization. Offer courses and workshops in the afternoon under a hundred dollars and a seven-week course costs $ 350, or $ 250 for courses without a darkroom. They offer a classroom, darkroom, computer lab, studio and gallery space in a informal setting, making it the ideal place to refresh their knowledge.
Looking for something a little less casual? If you are looking for photography classes in the Chicago area that is more oriented toward a degree program, Harrington offers a specialized school of digital photography, where you can earn an associate degree. Led by experienced professional photographers, Harrington program established to unite in this highly competitive field as a professional photographer yourself. You will forced to buy their own cameras and equipment, but are provided in exchange for state of art laboratories, studios and software.
Still not elite enough? Columbia College Chicago, offers some of the most exciting photography classes in the Chicago area, and indeed the largest program of photography in the country. Offering the latest date on industry innovations and a rich story behind the picture, given by over 70 teachers, Columbia University will surely satisfy all your needs. Students at Columbia are eligible for a BFA or a BA in photography and can partner with a larger as minor.
If you still want to take some photography classes in the Chicago area, but his heart is set on a program of art wide, Truman College might be better for you. They offer areas of study in liberal arts and science programs that specialize in the areas of art, illustration and design, intended to be used as a transfer program at a college or university that offers bachelor's degrees. The programs can also be used to achieve your foot in the door of a career in the many aspects of art, illustration and design.
