What Diana or Holga camera to get?
First, what is the difference between the Holga and Diana? What both seem to believe that dream? Because that is exactly what I want. I am a complete amateur with cameras, but that should not prevent me from taking a stab to the right of art? lol So I just want to know what is best. And versions of each are to be the best for me. Is there a camera that can accommodate both the Biological Weapons and color? I'm not good with the terminology of pictures, so when I was on Amazon and they were talking about 6 x 6 cm … and I Just Do not GET IT lol. Help! And how much it would cost the film for each of the cameras? I know theres a 35-mm and 120, but what price are the best. Like the flight of all feel to the images.
I have a comparison of the Diana + and Holga on my website: http://dianacamera.com/archives/50 The DianaF + has a flash, what the main difference between the two chambers is that the DianaF + is a bit more flexible, but at a price. The DianaF + cost $ 100US, while you can get a Holga 120N for $ 25US Photo. Quality is very similar with the two Holga cameras http://www.flickr.com/groups/86881528 @ N0 … Diana + and F +: http://www.flickr.com/groups/diana_plus/ If you are new to film photography, my recommendation is to get a Holga. The lower cost allows you to experiment with plastic camera photography without spending much money. If you find that you enjoy working with the Holga, and want the flexibility of the Diana +, then you can spend the extra money to know what it's worth. For Indeed, the film is only 120, 120m movie would be great! The 6×6 refers to the 6 cm x 6 cm negative square receives the Holga or Diana. Film 120 has a bit of work to find a laboratory that can process for you. If this seems too complicated, you might consider the Holga 135BC 35 mm. Although I prefer the big square negative I get from my Diana and Holga, 35 mm film is easier and cheaper to treat. You can find a local 1 hour lab that can process and print film for you, and in many cases, scanning film negatives in which it can be used to charge digital.
